I am a university professor specializing in Physiology and Cell Biology. Also, I am currently engaged in advanced research within the Center for Biomedical Research of the Romanian Academy, Iasi, Department. PhD in biophysics in 2004, academic and research career, also specialist in nuclear medicine in a clinical setting. I have dedicated my career to exploring the intricate mechanisms of cellular processes and physiological systems. My commitment to scientific inquiry is reflected in my publication record, having authored over 70 papers in peer-reviewed journals, with a in h-index of 14. My research aims to offer fundamental insights in angiotensin metabolism, neurodegenerative diseases and other neuroscientific endeavors. I am also deeply involved in mentoring young scientists as a PhD advisor and contributing to the academic community through peer review and collaborative projects.
