Professor Violeta Nour published over 150 scholarly contributions, including over 80 ISI research papers (16 papers in Q1 ISI journals and 10 papers in Q2 ISI journals), of which 60 papers as a first or corresponding author. In 2022, Prof. Nour receives from OSIM the patent “Feed recipe for obtaining eggs with a high content of omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and carotenoids”.
Prof. Violeta Nour obtained the habilitation in Food Engineering in 2015. The research of professor Violeta Nour enjoys a high international visibility, proven by the high number of citations (over 3000 citations, h-index = 30; i10-index = 59 in Google Scholar; h-index = 21 in Web of Knowledge) .
