Professor Violeta Nour published over 150 scholarly contributions, including over 72 ISI research papers (12 papers in Q1 ISI journals and 8 papers in Q2 ISI journals), of which 55 papers as a first or corresponding author. In 2022, Prof. Nour receives from OSIM the patent “Feed recipe for obtaining eggs with a high content of omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and carotenoids”.
