Abstract:

The main objective of this project is to create a GIS integrated system, as base support, in order to increase the productivity, the competitiveness and the quality of the company services. This system will improve the collection, processing and analyzes of topo-cadastral data, by evaluating the results and their correlation with other existing data. The innovative character of this GIS application derives from the fact that it will allow real time access to the database on various gadgets (tablets, smartphones etc.). Also, in order to obtain information from previously performed works, it eliminates the need for connection to the E-Terra server, which is often overburdened and has a low bandwidth. The GIS integrated system will allow, with the condition of having access to an internet connection, real-time permanent communication between the field operator carrying out the measurements and the operator from the office, the collected and processed data will be embedded in a unique database. Based on this system, the company will easily be able to honor, in addition to the regularly conducted topo-cadastral services, also mapping services (analogue or digital), spatial analysis, mathematical models and simulations for different risk maps. Besides diversifying the services offered by the company, these services will be honored in a much shorter time and at lower costs compared to achieving these services through traditional methods.
