Abstract:

The "Career Guide and Mobile Application for Employees" project organized information research and dissemination activities for the following target groups:

o Level 1 - Young people looking for a job;

o Level 2 - Employees;

o Level 3 - Managers / Heads of departments.

The research included the development of a computer application that can be accessed at https://ecp.optimusway.io/#/.

Abstract:

The project aimed to develop the working skills of 360 students and students in the transition situation from school to active life, to improve their insertion on the labor market through innovative career counseling activities, which will focus on increasing the relevance of the learning outcomes obtained in the workplace and, implicitly, increasing the employment opportunities of the students and students, activities that will determine and improve the quality of the professional guidance and counseling services.

The services offered mainly focused on the integrated intervention, such as: professional information and advice; career planning assistance; organizing “career days” events; organizing internships; organizing study visits, etc. The activities contribute qualitatively and quantitatively to increasing the degree of adaptability and integration of students and students in the labor market.
