Diana Elena RANF is an associate professor at the Land Forces Academy "Nicolae Bălcescu" in Sibiu, with a PhD in the field of management. In her almost 20 years of experience in higher education (teaching and research activities), her fields of interest were: general management, economics, project management, sustainability management, entrepreneurship education, organizational culture. The teaching and research activities are coupled with administrative activities, since 2020 she has been the Director of the Management Department of the Military Management Faculty of the Academy.
