Dr. Eng. Mrs. Cristina EFREMOV (Brain Map ID https://www.brainmap.ro/cristina-efremov) has personal qualities that have been gained over the professional career, through knowledge, skills and competencies which fit with the project proposal. Core competencies help her to have success in the workplace by improving relationships with colleagues and coworkers and by helping her to work productively and achieve professional milestones in hiring decisions and other career advancement. She has already a solid professional experience for the scope of the project, with a master and a PhD thesis in power system domain, with various papers which cover different challenges towards a CO2 neutral energy system. The PhD thesis treated flexibility for energy systems for integrating renewable energy, which will be a strong background for developing a multi-vector energy system framework which is focusing also on flexibility.
