Full professor and PhD supervisor, her research is mainly in accounting but from an interdisciplinary perspective, including sustainable development, SGDs, ESG, integrated thinking and reporting and digital transformation (blockchain, Big Data, process automation, cryptocurrencies, human-algorithm interactions). She is actively involved in international research and professional networks as European Accounting Association, Accountancy Europe, IPSASB. Currently she is the Professional Accountancy Education Europe Chair, which brings together the leading 11 EU accountancy bodies to further develop, maintain and unify high quality professional accountancy education benchmarks. More then 55 articles indexed in Web of Science. Her research impact is proven by the high number of citations. She finalized 3 PhD co-supervision and was an external supervisor for 8 Phd defenses in EU Universities. She is invited freqently as conference keynote speaker or to deliver lectures in Eu universities
